Updated GP cluster guides

GP surgeries in Brighton and Hove have organised themselves into clusters. The clusters are working to improve health services in their area for local people. There are six clusters in the city.

We’ve updated a series of guides, which were initially produced in 2016. They list the needs of local people in a particular cluster with key organisations that can offer support and help.
