I ‘m an advisor to the Steve Sinnott Foundation.
Previously, I was an assistant director. I worked in local government for over 25 years with roles in six local authorities as well as being an executive director in the Health sector. I’ve been a senior advisor to the Local Government Association and its predecessors for 25 years, a non-executive director of a government agency, and trustee of a London-based charity.
I have a vast amount of service delivery experience including: libraries, planning, revenues and benefits, elections, IT, community development, neighbourhoods, plus many more services.
I combine operational delivery with a strategic track-record. I’ve a national voice on welfare reform impacts, customer experience transformation including the use of digital, commissioning and transformation of services.
