The Wild Mind Project provides wellbeing support to young people living with mental ill-health. We use a combination of nature-based activities combined with creative activities and, importantly, encourage supportive friendship groups to form.

Time to Talk Befriending aims to reduce loneliness and isolation felt by hundreds of older people living in Brighton and Hove through an inter-generational befriending scheme.
Promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities and coaching of Martial Arts and fitness for people of Brighton and Hove who in particular but not exclusively face barriers to inclusion.
Together Co is an award-winning and expanding Brighton & Hove-based charity that provides befriending, advocacy and other support services to people who are isolated because of age, disability or poor mental or physical health.
