At the Network you will be able to:

    1. Contribute to the Voluntary and Community Sectors’ response to “You Said, We did: Big Health and Care Conversation” report.
    2. Hear a short update from the CCG on the Central  Sussex Commissioning Alliance and the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, Clinically Effective Commissioning, and aligning engagement, equalities and diversity.
    3.  Find out how local Single Point of Contact services are working including:
      • Befriending Contact Point
      • Carers Hub
      • Brighton Women’s Centre (Inspire: Positive Alternatives for Women)
      • Moneyworks
      • The Portal: Support for Survivors of Abuse and Violence

About Health and Social Care Network

We host the Health and Social Care Network for members to come together around issues that matter to them. We aim to create an inclusive and friendly space at all networks and are committed to equality and diversity. The Health and Social Care Network:

  • Involves and informs
  • Strengthens coordination and leadership within the Voluntary and Community Sector in relation to health and social care
  • Offers clear routes for engagement, development and strategic thinking between statutory providers/commissioners and the sector
  • Provides opportunities to develop collaboration and work in partnership with Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group, City Council and others
