We’re recruiting a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

We recognise we have changes to make to how we work and interact with communities and we need help in identifying and making those changes so that we can create long term impact. We’re seeking Diversity & Inclusion expertise (an external Consultant role to bring expertise to the organisation). We want them to play a critical role in creating positive change across the organisation and local voluntary sector by; championing a collaborative approach to creating a diversity, inclusion, fairness and equality strategy within Community Works, and enabling us to model an approach that can be utilised and leveraged by our members and across the sector.

Working hours: 2 days @ week for 6 months (+ potential extension)
Salary: Day Rate £250 (range £200 – £280)
Start Date: Immediate Start
