Feedback from our members

In February 2018, we invited our members to take part in online survey. We wanted to find out more about their experiences of our services and support and the difference it makes to them.

Your thoughts and reflections are very important to us and your feedback is essential to ensuring we improve our services in ways that work better for you.

The difference we make

Those who completed the survey, told us that they’ve benefited in many ways from our support.

Adur and Worthing members said we’ve helped them to:
• stay up-to-date with new legislation and local activities
• comply with GDPR
• gain more funding
• connect with others
• effectively managed challenging situations

Brighton and Hove members said we’ve helped them to:
• provide more services for residents
• improve knowledge of best practices
• gain more funding
• improve own structures and systems
• create successful partnerships

Our services

Adur and Worthing members completing the survey told us that:
• our most used services included our training courses, workshops (financial management, legal structures, fundraising), network meetings and members directory

Additionally:
• 76% (n.31) said that the quality of our services and support is very good or good

Brighton and Hove members completing the survey told us that:
• our most used services included our training courses and workshops, members directory and members’ conferences

Additionally:
• 85% (n.72) said that the quality of our services and support is very good or good
• 92% (n.78) said that we were very professional
