- Writing templated letters and collating information packs
- Booking of rooms, car parking, ordering stationery and office consumables
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- General office administration tasks.

Qualities/experience/skills sought:

- Discrete and tactful when dealing with confidential information
- Experience of office administration
- Experience of office administration
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
