One-to-one advice on Disclosure and Barring Service

We’re pleased to offer a new DBS surgery in partnership with Safety Net. DBS is the Disclosure and Barring Service, which was previously known as CRB or the Criminal Records Bureau.

The surgery is your opportunity to meet one-to-one with a member of staff from Safety Net, for free advice about DBS checks for your organisation. It’s also an opportunity to bring in completed DBS forms for checking and ID verification.

 

When

Usually on the first Wednesday of each month from 10.00am-3.00pm.

You will need to book a slot in advance; see details below. Slots will last for half an hour. Other dates:

Wednesday 5 September
Wednesday 3 October
Wednesday 7 November
Wednesday 5 December

 

What

Safety Net staff will be available to give free advice about DBS checks for your organisation. There is also an opportunity to bring in completed DBS forms for checking and ID verification.

 

Where

The surgery service will be hosted in our offices in Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton.

 

Who for

Advice sessions are open to all our members.

Please noe that DBS ID verification is only available to current clients of Safety Net’s DBS service.
