Governance Briefings are open to all community and voluntary organisations across Adur and Worthing, Brighton and Hove. These are great opportunities to keep up to date with local and national legislation and network with other Trustees.

Legal Structures for Small Organisations

Led by Tim Smith of GSFW Solicitors, this session will provide the opportunity to learn more about Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO), including the differences between a CIO and a Community Interest Company (CIC), and how to convert to a CIO from a CIC.
