Feedback from our stakeholders

In March 2017, we invited our members and wider stakeholders to take part in an online survey. We wanted to find out more about people’s experiences of our services and support and the difference it makes to them.

Thank you!

We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our survey.

Your thoughts and reflections are very important to us and your feedback is essential to ensuring we improve our services in ways that work better for you.

The difference we make

Those who completed the survey, told us that they’ve benefited in many ways from our support. They said we’ve helped them to:

  • provide more services for residents
  • provide more services for different communities
  • gain more funding for their services
  • connect with other organisations
  • promote the benefits of joint working

Click on our infographic below which illustrates the difference we make to groups and organisations and the people they work with, or download our summary report below for more details.

2017 survey report

You can read more on what our members and wider stakeholders have said about us in our 2017 summary survey report.

The report includes a list of actions we will take over the next year to improve in the areas that we need to.

Previous surveys

We survey our members and stakeholders approximately once a year, and publish a summary survey report for you to read:

“Your services and support have helped us in our thinking about links with other organisations and communities, addressing local issues, and developing our organisation's governance, structure and funding. This has made our services more visible, better known about and more accessible to people from diverse communities.”
